Got your own Question?

How do we get started?

Step 1

Introduction Call

A 30-minute phone call to establish the Phone System requirements of your businesses and whether or not our services are aligned to the needs of your organisation.

Step 2

Lets Meet Up

Schedule a meeting on-site or remotely. We will take the opportunity to understand your business, where we will ask you a few more questions about your offices and staff, remote working, call handling requirements and customer expectations.

Step 3

The design phase is where we select the right products to match your business requirement.  We will share our vision and produce a full estimate of capex and opex options and costs so there are no surprises.

Step 4

As with any new technology we are advocates of trying before you buy and many VOIP solutions including Microsoft Teams Phone system can have 30-day trials so you can use the system and see if it fits with your expectations.

Step 5

After a successful trial, we can then move to full implementation throughout your business and our experienced project managers will make sure that everything goes to plan and on budget.
