Once the free trial and dual-run period have concluded, the standard support agreement runs for twelve months. We allow a simple break clause at the six-month point: if our service levels are not meeting your expectations, you may exit with thirty days’ notice and no financial penalty.

All credential transfers, network diagrams and configuration files are exchanged using an ISO 27001-certified secure portal with multifactor authentication. Access is restricted to your assigned onboarding pod, and all artefacts are encrypted at rest. At the end of the migration, the old provider’s credentials are revoked, and a clean-down report is issued to confirm that only authorised Lanmark personnel retain access.
