Microsoft keeps Microsoft 365 running but does not give you a separate backup of your data. Lanmark backs up your email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive several times a day, encrypted, in the region you choose. It is £3 per licensed user per month ex VAT on its own, and included in Lanmark Total.

Why do you need a separate Microsoft 365 backup?
Microsoft is responsible for keeping the cloud service available. You are accountable for protecting the data held in it.
If someone deletes an email or a file, or an attack encrypts it, the way back is a backup that is kept separately. Ours runs several times a day, so you lose very little.

£3 per licensed user per month, excluding VAT, on its own. It is included in Lanmark Total, and an add-on on Lanmark Core and Lanmark Flex.
This is a self-service backup, supported by us. It does not include us managing the contents of your backups or doing your restores.

Does Microsoft back up my Microsoft 365 data?
