What is the difference between Copilot, an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chat assistant answers questions. Microsoft Copilot works inside Microsoft 365 using the content you already have. An AI agent goes further: it can complete tasks, monitor inputs, make decisions, progress a workflow and involve a person at the right points. They need different levels of care.
Do we need AI at all?
Not necessarily. We will not recommend AI for the sake of it. We start with the problem you are trying to solve and what your organisation is ready for, and if the answer is to begin with Copilot and build from there, that is what we will tell you.
