Why does it matter?
Phishing is how most attacks start. Antivirus and filtering stop a great deal, but they cannot stop a person who is convinced a message is real, and attackers only need one.
Training that is repeated and tested works better than a single talk. Regular simulations show you who needs help, and help people to get better at it. Many cyber insurers and clients also ask whether staff are trained.
