Support when you need it, paid for by the hour.

- Qualified engineers answer calls and fix problems by talking you through it, taking control of your computer, or arranging a visit. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- No contract
- Buy a pack when you need support, and buy another when you need more.

If your team is growing, or you want security, backup and planning handled for you, Lanmark Total is £55 to £65 per user a month and covers all of it. If you want a set amount of support each month, Lanmark Core is about £40 per user.
