Lanmark client portal.
The Lanmark client portal is where Lanmark clients manage the Microsoft licences they buy through us, follow Azure consumption and view invoices and billing. You sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account, and we set up access for the people you name.
What can you do in the client portal?
- Microsoft licences
- See the Microsoft subscriptions you buy through Lanmark, and change quantities when people join or leave, if your access allows.
- Azure consumption
- Follow your Azure spend and estimates during the month, instead of waiting for the invoice.
- Invoices and billing
- View your invoices and billing history for the licences and services you buy through Lanmark.
How do you sign in?
- Step 1Open the portal.Use the Sign in button on this page, or go straight to cloud.lanmark.com. Bookmark it for next time.
- Step 2Sign in with Microsoft.Choose Login and enter your Microsoft 365 work account. Your usual multi-factor check applies.
- Step 3Accept the terms, first time only.On your first visit you are asked to accept the portal terms. After that you go straight to your account.
Who can have access?
We set up access for the people you name, at the level you choose.
- Customer admin
- Can see everything and take every action, including buying new subscriptions.
- Customer admin lite
- Can see everything and change quantities of existing subscriptions, but cannot buy new ones.
- Customer reader
- Can view licences, consumption and invoices, but cannot change anything.

Which account do I sign in with?
Your Microsoft 365 work account, the same one you use for Outlook and Teams. Sign-in goes through Microsoft, so there is no separate Lanmark password to remember.
Can more of my colleagues have access?
Yes. Tell us who should have access and what they should be able to do, and we will add them. Access can be full, full without buying new subscriptions, or read only.
Why does the portal open at cloud.lanmark.com?
The portal is a separate, secure Lanmark service at cloud.lanmark.com, and you sign in on Microsoft's own sign-in page. Always check the address bar shows cloud.lanmark.com, then login.microsoftonline.com, before you enter your password.
Is the portal where I log support tickets?
No. The portal is for licences, Azure consumption and billing. For IT support, contact the Lanmark service desk on 020 7123 4910 or through your usual support route.
