How long does the 10% Microsoft 365 licence discount last?
The Switch and Save offer gives 10% off your existing Microsoft 365 licences for the first 12 months after you move to Lanmark as your CSP. After the first year, licences revert to standard Lanmark CSP pricing. New subscriptions added during your agreement receive a 5% discount for their initial 12-month term.
Will our Microsoft 365 service be interrupted if we switch?
No. Your data, user accounts and settings stay where they are, inside your existing Microsoft tenant. The only change is that Lanmark becomes your Cloud Solution Provider, which controls billing and support. The Partner of Record update happens behind the scenes.
Do we need to migrate mailboxes, files or domains?
No. Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams chats and security policies all stay untouched, and you keep full administrative control of your environment.
Will our admins lose any control?
No. You remain the global administrator of your tenant. Lanmark has delegated admin rights only for support and billing, and you can revoke or limit that access at any time.
How long does the switch take?
In most cases the Partner of Record update is completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your authorisation, with no downtime. If your subscriptions are on an annual term, we agree the best time to switch when we audit them. Monthly subscriptions move on the renewal date.
Does the 30-day free support cover all our IT systems?
No. The free 30 days applies to your Microsoft 365 workloads only: licensing questions, user account management and day-to-day Microsoft 365 administration. Wider infrastructure, third-party software and on-premises systems are outside it, but can be supported under a Lanmark support plan.
