No. Your data, user accounts and settings remain exactly where they are — inside your existing Microsoft tenant. The only change is that Lanmark becomes your new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), which controls billing and support. The Partner of Record update happens behind the scenes and is invisible to your staff.
No migration is required. All workloads — such as Exchange mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams chats and security policies — stay untouched. You keep full administrative control over your environment at all times.
